Goal baskets
Three goals, three category allocations, every weight explained. You choose every scheme.
Summary
GrowIQ Capital's goal baskets are category allocations for three goals: an emergency fund in liquid, ultra short duration and arbitrage categories; the Section 80C deduction through two ELSS schemes with low overlap; and long-term equity across flexi cap, a Nifty 50 index sleeve and mid cap. Each names SEBI categories and weights, never schemes — the reader picks every fund.
A suitability assessment expressed in SEBI scheme categories, never a recommendation of any scheme. GrowIQ Capital is an AMFI registered mutual fund distributor (ARN-352082), not a SEBI registered investment adviser.
Questions
- What is a goal basket?
- A category allocation for a stated goal: which SEBI scheme categories, at what weights, and the checkable fact that puts each one there. A basket names no scheme. You choose a scheme for each sleeve from the explorer, which lists every scheme GrowIQ can transact in that category.
- Does GrowIQ recommend the funds in a basket?
- No. GrowIQ Capital is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor (ARN-352082), not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. A basket is expressed in SEBI scheme categories, the same way the risk profile's output is, and choosing the scheme for your circumstances is a decision the platform leaves with you.
- How does a basket relate to my risk profile?
- Each basket states its equity share. If you have taken the risk profile while signed in, the basket page compares that share with the allocation your assessed tier starts from and says, in numbers, whether the basket holds more equity than your assessment supports. It says so; it does not stop you.
